Regardless of where you are on your journey, we have something in common. We know we must take action now AND later. The real purpose of self-care is to address oppression and to do it in a way that allows us to continue addressing it in the future.
What I enjoy about running is that you run your own race. You compete against yourself. When it comes to finances, people too often compare themselves to the average person to gauge their financial progress. But this is a huge mistake.
